Si rinnova la Messa in onore di S. Gennaro.
Nella villa di campagna dell'avvocato Gabriele Tedeschi e
della signora Vilma Di Nino, il località "San Gennaro", si è
rinnovata la santa messa dedicata al Santo protettore di
Napoli che un pò ovunque conta numerosi devoti. La messa si
è tenuta nella cappella dedicata proprio a San Gennaro che
la famiglia dell'avvocato Tedeschi fece erigere verso gli
anni dell'unità d'Italia. A questa ricorrenza prima
partecipavano tutti i contadini che coltivavano i terreni in
loco S. Gennaro, oggi vi partecipano tutti gli amici e
conoscenti della famiglia Tedeschi che mantiene viva questa
tradizione anche attreverso un ricco buffet dove dell'ottimo
ciccolato caldo mette in moto l'ipotalamo di tutti i
presenti che..."per tradizione", sotto un venticello
autunnale, sorseggiano e gustano questo alimento conosciuto
già dall VII secolo d.C. grazie ai Maya.
Il tradizionale evento spirituale riesce a creare una bella
atmosfera dove l'amicizia si rafforza e si rinnova. Una
tradizione carica di sentimenti che viene attuata in un
luogo storicamente importante per i pratolani. Fu infatti in
questa villa che si riunirono i seguaci di Garibaldi per
andare a combattere, a fianco dell'eroe dei due mondi, a
Mentana ed in altre battaglie. A Vilma e Gabriele un grazie
particolare da parte degli amici per l'ospitalità. |
Renewal of the mass in honour of S. Gennaro.
In the countryside villa of lawyer Gabriele Tedeschi e della
signora Vilma Di Nino, in the site of "San Gennaro", there
was a renewal celebration of the mass devoted the Neapolitan
patron saint who has countless faithful followers far
and near. The mass was celebrated in the chapel dedicated in honour of San Gennaro,
which was erected by the Tedeschi family during
the years of the reunification of Italy. Originally, it was
the local farmers who cultivated the lands in loco S. Gennaro who participated at this annual recurrence. Taking
part today, are all the friends and acquaintances of the Tedeschi family, who
keep alive this tradition through a
rich buffet that includes a savory hot chocolate drink that
energizes the hypothalamus of all present, sipped in the
fall breeze, as tradition
dictates, enjoying this food known since the 7th
century, thanks to the Mayan people.
This traditional spiritual event is able to create a wonderful
atmosphere where friendship is rekindled and strengthened, a
tradition full of deep emotions carried out in a place
historically important for Pratolani. It was indeed in this
same villa where Garibaldi's followers gathered to go and
join the hero of two worlds and fight at Mentana and
other battles
