La casa si
trova a Pratola Peligna in via Gorizia un paese
in provincia dell'Aquila (Abruzzo) dalla quale
dista circa 50 km. Pratola Peligna è a 40 km da
Pescara (mare), 40 km da Roccaraso,
Pescocostanzo..(montagna) e a circa 60 km da
Roma. Il paese è facilmete raggiungibile
grazie all'uscita del casello autostradale (macchina)
che dista dall'abitazione circa un chilometro,
dalla stazione ferroviaria, dalla quale la casa
dista circa 200 mt e da autobus proveniente da
tutta l'Italia (Bologna, Roma, Venezia,
Napoli....) la cui fermata dista circa 100 metri
dall'abitazione. La casa è una casa singola in
ottime condizioni. é una casa cielo terra su due
piani più una mansarda. Ci sono due
ingressi indipendenti ed eventualmente
comunicanti. I portoncini sono nuovi, ci sono
doppie finestre ed il tetto è stato
ristrutturato due anni fa. Piano terra: ingresso
con una stanza più angolo cottura, bagno e
ripostiglio. Poi c'è un primo piano con un altro
ingresso, una stanza, una cucina con caminetto;
Secondo piano con bagno, una stanza più mansarda.
Vista la sua struttura la casa potrebbe anche
essere divisa utilizzando il piano terra in
maniera indipendente dagli altri due piani.

Peligna, 50 km from of L'Aquila in the Abruzzo
region. Pratola is also 40 km from the city of
Pescara on the ocean, 40 km from the mountain cities
of Roccaraso and Pescocostanza (tourist attractions)
and 60 km from Rome. Pratola is easily accessible
with it's own exit off the main highway and the
house is located approximately one kilometer from
this exit, 200 meters from the train station and
100 meters from the bus terminal with routes to all
parts of Italy, such as Bologna, Roma, Venice,
Naples etc. The house
is a two and a half storey home in excellent
condition. There are two separate entrances,
eventually adjoining. The doors are new, there are double
windows and the roof was restructured two years ago. Part
of the main floor has it's own entrance, with 1
bedroom, a cooking area, a washroom and a utility
room. The other part of the main floor also with
it's own entrance has a living room and a kitchen
with fireplace. The second floor has
a bedroom, a bathroom and a loft. Seeing the
layout of the house, it could be easily divided
using the main floor as one unit and the second
