GRANDE PARTECIPAZIONE ALLA RICORRENZA DEL 4 NOVEMBRE

La “Giornata dell’unità Nazionale e delle Forze Armate” del 4 novembre, spostata alla domenica successiva per permettere a chi lavora di aderirvi, ha riscosso enorme successo. Erano infatti tante le persone che hanno voluto partecipare a questa ricorrenza carica di emozioni. Il 4 novembre del 1918 segnò la fine della Prima Guerra Mondiale . Dopo la vittoria a Vittorio Veneto degli italiani, venne firmato l'armistizio : 700.000 morti italiani e tanti invalidi...oltre un milione . I nostri nonni raccontavano il dramma della guerra,oggi occorre riflettere ancor più su questi argomenti, occorre far riflettere i giovani di tutto il mondo sulla brutalità della guerra . Tornando a Pratola, la manifestazione, organizzata dall'amministrazione comunale, ha visto la presenza di molti cittadini, delle forze dell'ordine e di assocazioni come l'Ana e la Protezione Civile Comunale. Una giornata importante per non dimenticare gli aspetti negativi della vita. Col pensiero rivolto ai nostri Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto e nel ringraziare le Forze Armate per il lavoro che svolgono quotidianamente a nostro favore, speriamo di veder aumentare sempre più la partecipazione dei ragazzi a questa importante ricorrenza

 GREAT TURNOUT FOR NOVEMBER 4th  REMEMBRANCE DAY

November 4th, The day of National Unity and the Armed Forces, was shifted to the following Sunday to allow all workers to participate, was a great success.. There were so many people who wanted to take part on this remembrance day filled with many emotions. November 4th in 1918, marked the end of the first world war. After the victory at Vittorio Veneto by the Italians, a truce was signed: 700,000 Italians died and many more were seriously injured........over one million. Our grandfathers would tell their stories of the drama experienced during the war, today we must reflect more upon these arguments, it is necessary to have the youth throughout the world reflect on the brutality of war.   Getting back to Pratola, the demonstration, organized by the municipal administration, saw the presence on many citizens, security forces and many associations such as ANA and the municipal police force. An important day to serve as reminder of the negative aspects of life.  Our thoughts are with our fallen at Vittorio Veneto and in thanking our security forces for their daily work in our favor. We hope to continue to gain the participation of our youth to this important annual event.
